Note: Constantius II, the son of Constantine the Great, was a Roman emperor who ruled from AD 337 to 361. His reign was marked by internal strife and external threats, but he managed to maintain the stability of the Roman Empire during his time. He dealt with various challenges, including conflicts with the Persian Empire and internal disputes within the Roman state. The vows represented on the coin reflect the emperor’s aspirations for a long and prosperous rule.  The obverse shows a pearl-diademed head of Constantius II facing right. The diadem was a symbol of imperial power and divinity. The reverse, with the vota inscription within a wreath, symbolizes his aspirations for a long and successful reign.
