Note: Mysia was an ancient region in northwest Anatolia (modern-day Turkey), located along the Aegean Sea. It was inhabited by various Greek tribes and later became part of the Persian Empire before being conquered by Alexander the Great. Kyzikos was one of the important cities of Mysia, situated on the southern shore of the Sea of Marmara. The boar and lion were common symbols representing strength and power, respectively, while the tunny fish and star likely had local significance. The incuse square was a typical feature of ancient Greek coinage.
