Note: Galerius was a Roman Emperor who ruled from 305 to 311 AD. He initially served as Caesar under Emperor Diocletian and later became Augustus, playing a crucial role in the administration and military campaigns of the Tetrarchy. His reign was marked by efforts to maintain stability and security within the empire, as well as his participation in the Diocletianic Persecution of Christians. The obverse features a laureate head of Galerius facing right. The laurel wreath symbolizes victory and honor, signifying his elevated status and achievements. The reverse shows Genius standing facing forward, with his head turned to the left. He holds a patera (a small sacrificial dish) in his right hand and a cornucopiae (horn of plenty) in his left hand.
