Obv: Citing Abu Mansur, the son and heir of the ‘Abbasid caliph al-Muttaqi lillah’; “there is no deity but Allah, the One, there is no partner to Him. Abu Mansur, son of the Commander of the Believers, Sayf al-Dawla Abu’l-Hasan; in the inner margin, “In the name of Allah. This dirham was struck in Nasibin in the year 330”;Ā  in the outer margin, traces “to Allah belongs the command before and after, and on that day the believers will rejoice with the help of Allah” all in Arabic
Rev: Citing the ‘Abbasid caliph al-Muttaqi lillah’; “to Allah, Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, al-Muttaqi lillah, Nasir al-Dawla Abu Muhammad” in the margin, traces of “Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, he sent him with guidance and the religion of truth, so that He may make it overcome all religions, even though the unbelievers may dislike it”; all in Arabic
